Delivery and shipping costs

Delivery and shipping charges by UPS or DB Schenker

Deliveries are made within Europe and to third countries via UPS or DB Schenker. Please refer to the table for applicable shipping costs. Shipping fees are always charged at a flat rate of 1 x per order. Partial or subsequent deliveries are made without additional charges.

For foreign orders, additional fees charged by the delivery company or customs may apply.

Information on foreign orders

Deliveries to countries outside the EU, e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine, Iceland, Turkey are subject to customs duty and VAT in the country of destination. In this case, the customer is considered the importer and is obliged to pay the amounts due for this. These are collected by customs after delivery from UPS (import VAT and customs duty on the ordered goods).

We charge you the following: Value of goods at net prices (without 19% VAT) plus shipping costs. Customs will subsequently charge you the import turnover tax, which is shown in Your country (e.g. 7.6% for Switzerland).

Order from a country outside the EU with delivery to an EU country: If you have your goods delivered to an EU country, you first pay the gross value of the goods including 19 % VAT In the case of subsequent import into a country outside the EU, we will refund the VAT, provided you can provide us with proof of import from the responsible customs office. This may for example in the form of a valid customs document or by a valid stamp of the customs office on the invoice issued by us.

Information on Calculating the Delivery Date

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or on a public holiday recognised by the State at the place of delivery, the following shall apply One such day is the next working day.

Private end consumers always pay € 6.90 shipping costs, regardless of the total order amount.

If you order several articles from us in the context of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we dispatch the goods in a common consignment, provided that we do not agree anything with you have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item of your order with the longest delivery time applies to the total shipment of goods.
