Managing Director (m/f/d)

Kreg Europe GmbH, based in the beautiful Five-Lake-District, just outside Munich, is responsible for the European-wide distribution of innovative tools for woodworkers and DIY enthusiasts. As an up-and-coming brand with a focus on European growth, Kreg Tool produces innovative and high-performance tools for woodworking and do-it-yourselfers (DIY). Our portfolio is aimed at hobbyists, DIY enthusiasts and professionals.

Seize your opportunity and take over the leadership of a strong, successful team. Our business is growing and we are looking for an experienced Managing Director with immediate effect to actively drive and help shape the company's growth.

Responsibilities: 

·         Work with Kreg Europe GmbH’s board and ownership to develop and implement corporate strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability

·         Identify sales opportunities, develop proposals, marketing, negotiations, and deal winning processes

·         Preparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and financial plans as well as performance of profitability analyses

·         Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the tool industry with an international focus

·         Bilingual speaker with German/English is required, other languages are an advantage

·         Strong communicator, have a strong team spirit and good interpersonal skills

·         Leadership, motivation and development of the Kreg Europe GmbH team
